About COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic has added stress to family life. Diane is here to help you, either by mediating new roles within the family while you are cloistered together, or to help manage issues if you are separating. These issues may be urgent to you, and Diane is making time available for people who need immediate issues dealt with in a non-adversarial approach.

We appreciate your keeping appointments during this very challenging time, as we are all doing our best to keep an appropriate social distance and minimize the risk of spread of the novel coronavirus. ​The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance to us.
 
In order to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19, we have implemented the following temporary policies:

1. If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms including a cough, fever, sneezing, or headaches, please reschedule your appointment.
2. Please wash hands and/or use the hand sanitizing solution upon entering the office. Please refrain from touching your face.
3. We will be practicing social distancing of 2 metres when at all practical to do so.
4. We are making ourselves available by video conferencing, email, and phone to deal with any matters that do not absolutely require direct contact.
5. We are staggering appointments and will try to see clients upon their arrival if possible, to avoid sitting in waiting rooms.
6. We have implemented a regular disinfecting routine of common areas after each client.
